Inspiring Women offers an exclusive internship programs to young girls across colleges in Pakistan. The aim of our Inspiring Women Internship Program is to help bridge the gap that exists between the number of girls graduating from college and the number of girls working. Inspiring Women aims to act as a system integrator, between educational institutions, students and employers. The Empowering through Exchange (ETE) program is an online learning experience that pairs up a high school student from the United States of America with a university student in Pakistan. The program is divided into three parts- training sessions, content creation and app development. With the help of this program, students will be able to enhance their leadership and decision-making skills as they grow up in today’s increasingly interconnected and diverse world.
