If you’re looking to gain first hand exposure of working in the real world, apply to our exclusive summer Inspiring Women Internship Program (IWIP) offered in Karachi and Lahore.

Application Process
1. Applications will be accepted through the official application form only. Submissions via email will not be considered.
2. The application deadline is 12th April 2026 (11:59 PM). Please make sure you apply before the deadline.
3. Shortlisted candidates will receive interview calls by 18th April 2026.
4. Final results will be announced on 28th April 2026.
5. Fee Payment deadline is 3rd May, 2026.
6. All selected interns must attend the mandatory Skill Training on 7th, 8th, and 9th May 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Must be currently enrolled in HEC recognized Pakistani university.
2. Internships are based in Lahore and Karachi, so must be available in one of these cities. (Locations are limited for Karachi, options are given in application form.)
3. Anyone in 5th semester or above, or a fresh graduate can apply except medical & engineering majors. CS and IT majors can apply.
4. Must be able to commit 40–50 hours per week during the internship period. It is a full-time internship. The duration ranges from minimum 6 weeks to 3 months depending on the company.
5. Should be motivated, proactive, and good at follow up.
6. Should be comfortable with working independently (e.g., preparing documents, working on spreadsheets, managing emails, and using basic online tools without supervision).
IWIP Internship 2026
• All selected finalists will attend an intensive three-day Skill Training Program.
• Finalists will be placed in internships with our partner organizations.
• Interns will receive continuous guidance and support from IWIP throughout the internship period.
• Most internships are paid. Any unpaid positions will be clearly specified during the interview process.
Important Disclaimers
• A PKR 4,000 training fee will be charged only after final selection.
• Attending the three-day Skill Training Program is mandatory for internship placement.
• During the training, the IWIP team evaluates all candidates to match them with the most suitable company. A negative evaluation may result in removal from the program.
• While candidates’ preferences are strongly considered, the final placement decision is made by the IWIP team.
• Some partner companies may conduct a second round of interviews for candidates recommended by IWIP. IWIP is not responsible if a candidate does not pass this interview as we have no say in the partner company’s decision.
• There may be delays in internship start dates or stipend disbursement. In such cases, the IWIP team will provide support and coordination.
• If a partner company withdraws an internship offer, 50% of the training fee will be refunded.
• Candidates who voluntarily drop out of the program or are removed due to negative evaluation are not eligible for a refund.
• Stipend amounts range from PKR 15,000 – PKR 35,000 and it varies by each company. Internships in Law, Psychology, and Fashion Design are typically unpaid.
