1.Go on a nature walk

Research conducted by Stanford University proved that taking a small hike around nature, even as small as 15 minutes has shown to reduce stress and boost creativity and happiness. Whether it is near a small park near your office or even in your own garden at your home, taking a small walk and observing the scenery around you does many beneficial things for your health.

2. Take a long bath with a good book or listen to some soothing music

Taking a long bath after a hectic day at work is something many women swear by as the best way to unwind and recharge in preparation for another day. Taking a long bath has many therapeutic benefits and can also release the tension in your muscles and de-clutter your thoughts. Pair a soothing hot bath with a good book or listen to some calming music that will allow you to relax and settle in smoothly.

Cooking something even as simple as fries can help in decluttering your thoughts and allows you to explore your creative side. So experiment with different ingredients and spices, and cook up a storm. Do set aside some time and take out an old cooking book and cook something for yourself instead of ordering take-out food. So not only it is healthier, it makes you happier!
